I'm looking forward to celebrating my 80th birthday. I am thankful for all the years. Our two out of town children, Joel Kok and Mavis Kok-Moon are coming to celebrate with me. Our other children are here.
Today, we visited the grave of our older son, Dan. This is his birthday. He would be 55 years old. We are thankful for the years we had with and for the love we shared with him. We miss him terribly every day and particullary on special occasions. God bless him.
Becoming old is ok. I feel good and am still thinking clearly. We have enough resources to get along. We believe the teaching and hopes of our Lord. All in all, we are alright. We have a great family and good friends.
